What is the difference between credits and a subscription?
Credits are a one-time purchase — buy a pack of AI runs, use them whenever you want, they never expire. A Pro subscription gives you 100 AI runs every month for a flat fee, refilling on your billing date. Credits suit occasional use; Pro is better value if you use AI tools regularly.
Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. All non-AI tools (image compressor, PDF merger, text utilities, developer tools) are free with no time limit and no account. The AI tools are the exception — they run on paid models, so they need an account and come with 2 free AI runs to try them. After that, a credit pack or Pro keeps them going.
Do credits expire?
No. Purchased credits never expire. They sit in your account until you use them.
How are credits used vs the free runs?
Your 2 free AI runs are spent first, then credits. Neither expires, so we use up the free ones before charging anything. On Pro the order is the same — your monthly allowance goes first, because that is the pool that refills, and your credits stay banked for any month you go past it.
Does every AI action use one run?
Most do. A few cost more, because they cost several times more to produce: Magic Edit in AI Image Studio uses 4, Screenshot to Code uses 3 for each generation or refinement, and the actions that hand back a whole file — "Expand" in the text tools, and Convert, Refactor, Add Comments, Write Tests and Generate Code in Dev Studio — start at 2. Length counts too: a long document is more work, so it uses more runs rather than being refused. The number is always shown on the button before you run anything, so a run is never spent without you seeing its price first.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account dashboard at any time. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Credit packs: if a pack is unused, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund it; credits are non-refundable once used. Subscriptions: we don't refund partial billing periods, but a duplicate charge or a billing error on our side is always refunded in full. The full rules are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. In India you can pay via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking, and EMI. Paid plans for other countries are coming soon — every free tool works everywhere in the meantime.
