What is the difference between credits and a subscription?
Credits are a one-time purchase — buy a pack of AI ops, use them whenever you want, they never expire. A Pro subscription gives you 100 AI ops every single day for a flat monthly fee. Credits are perfect if you use AI tools occasionally; Pro is better if you use them daily.
Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. All browser-based tools (image compressor, PDF merger, text utilities, developer tools) are free with no time limit. The free plan has 3 AI ops/day after signing in — enough for light use.
Do credits expire?
No. Purchased credits never expire. They sit in your account until you use them.
How are credits used vs the daily limit?
Credits are deducted first. If you have credits in your account, each AI operation uses one credit. Your free daily limit (3 ops) only kicks in once your credits run out.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account dashboard at any time. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Credits are non-refundable once used. For subscriptions, email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll work with you. We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods otherwise.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Indian users can pay via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking, and EMI. International customers pay by card in their local pricing.
