The file is deleted immediately afterwards — we keep no copies, never send it to a third party, and never use it for training or analytics. The page preview you see while working is rendered locally in your browser. For genuinely sensitive material such as contracts or tax records, that upload step is the fact to weigh: it is our server rather than someone else’s, but it is still an upload.
