Place a logo, signature or photo onto your PDF pages in any position.
Overlay an image — a company logo, a scanned signature, a photo — onto a PDF in any of nine positions, with adjustable size and opacity. A transparent PNG works best for logos. Files are processed securely and never stored.

Upload a PNG with transparency and it is preserved, so a logo sits cleanly over the page instead of inside a white box. This is the main reason to use PNG rather than JPG for logos and signatures — JPG has no alpha channel, so the background becomes solid white.
The image is placed at the same position across pages, which is what you want for a letterhead logo or a watermark-style mark. For a single-page placement such as a signature on the last page, extract that page, add the image, then merge it back — or use our e-sign tool, which is built for exactly that.
Roughly twice the size it will appear on the page, so it stays sharp when printed or zoomed. A logo displayed at 2cm wide wants around 300–600 pixels. Much larger adds file size without visible benefit; much smaller looks soft, especially in print where 300 DPI is the usual expectation.
Yes, Add Image to PDF is completely free. No signup, no account, and no watermark on outputs. A Pro tier is available for 100 AI ops/day and larger file sizes.
Add Image to PDF uploads your file over an encrypted connection to our own processing server, converts it, and returns the result. The file is deleted immediately after processing and is never used for anything else. It is not sent to any third party, and we keep no copies.

Drag your logo or photo anywhere on the page
Drag or snap: Position the image precisely by dragging it on the page, or tap one of the nine grid spots. Either way it lands on every page at the same spot.
Great for: Adding a company logo, letterhead mark, seal or QR code to every page. PNGs with transparency sit cleanly over your content.
Privacy: Your files are sent over an encrypted connection, combined in memory, and deleted immediately after — never stored.
